Qualifying for Refunds

  2. Criteria for Refunds: Refunds are considered in extreme circumstances where no viable solution can be provided. Certain conditions must be met for a refund to be applicable:
    • Development or post-sales operations have not commenced.
    • Issues with the project exceed the scope of rectification.
    • Adherence to payment terms and conditions.
    • Non-exploitation of information for personal gain.
    • Valid and substantiated reasons for seeking a refund.
    • Absence of billing disputes from financial institutions.

Refund Process

  1. Pre-Refund Evaluation: Upon receiving a refund request, we meticulously examine its validity and alignment with our refund parameters. We verify the claim against established criteria and reference points to determine eligibility.
  2. Agreement Signing: Before proceeding with the refund, a formal agreement is signed by both parties to confirm mutual understanding and acceptance of the refund terms.
  3. Transaction Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the agreement is finalized. The refunded amount is returned in the original currency of payment. Please note that currency conversion fees or fluctuations may affect the final refunded amount.

Post-Refund Obligations

  1. Confirmation of Agreement: Following the refund transaction, both parties sign a confirmation document affirming the resolution of the refund process.
  2. Data Disposal: Unless instructed otherwise, the customer is required to delete any shared information and communication related to the refund request to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
