How US clients work with a team in India.
Most US clients use the time difference to their advantage. You send feedback and priorities at the end of your day, and the work is done and waiting for review when you start the next morning. A short overlap call, usually early in your morning or late in your afternoon, keeps decisions moving.
- East Coast: India is 9.5 hours ahead in summer and 10.5 hours in winter, so a call at 8 or 9 a.m. Eastern falls in our early evening.
- West Coast: an afternoon call in Pacific time reaches our early morning team.
- Urgent issues: live-store problems are handled under the support plan you choose, with response times agreed in writing.
Contracts, invoices and estimates are in US dollars. Before any detailed discussion we can sign your NDA, and every line of code, design file and document is handed over to you.
