These terms of use apply to everyone who visits or uses pracoda.com, the website of Pracoda Technologies ("Pracoda", "we", "us"). By using the website, creating an account or buying from our store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• upload or send malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes someone else's rights;

• copy the website's design, code or content in bulk, or present our work as your own.

We may restrict or suspend access for anyone who misuses the website.

3. Accounts

You need an account to buy software and manage licences. Keep your password secure and your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity in your account, including by developers or colleagues you share access with. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or to breach these terms. You can delete your account from your profile page; orders and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

4. Buying software and subscriptions

• Prices: prices are shown in Indian rupees, plus GST. GST is calculated at checkout from your billing details, and a GST invoice is available in your account for every paid order.
• Licences: each licence lets you use the software on the number of production domains in your plan, plus staging and development domains. It includes updates and support for the period shown on the product page. After that period the software keeps working, but updates and support stop until you renew.
• Restrictions: you may not resell, sublicense or share licence keys, or remove or bypass licence checks.
• Subscriptions: subscriptions, such as DhanKhata POS, give access to the service for the paid period.
• Refunds: refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Development and other services

Development, design, SEO, support and other services are provided under the proposal, statement of work or agreement for that project. That agreement sets out the scope, fees, timelines and ownership of the work. If it conflicts with these terms, the project agreement applies. Estimates and information on the website are not offers until confirmed in writing.

6. Our content and intellectual property

The website and everything on it, including text, articles, images, graphics, logos, software and documentation, belongs to Pracoda or to the people who licensed it to us. You may read, print and share links to our pages for your own information. You may quote short extracts from our articles with a link back to the original. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.

The names and logos of other companies, platforms and products shown on the website, such as Magento, Adobe Commerce or Shopify, belong to their owners. Their use does not mean those companies endorse us.

For software bought from our store, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

If you misuse the website or breach these terms and this causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you use the website or place an order is the one that applies.
