Built for your market

What UK projects usually need.

  • Prices in GBP with VAT configured in the platform, including the standard 20% rate and reduced or zero rates where your products need them
  • Payments through Stripe, PayPal, Worldpay, Opayo, Klarna or Clearpay, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Delivery through Royal Mail, DPD, Evri or a courier aggregator, with clear cut-off times
  • Cookie consent and privacy features that support UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR (your legal team confirms compliance)
  • Customs data and duties for orders to the EU and Northern Ireland, which work differently since Brexit
  • Accessibility built towards WCAG 2.2 AA
Selling into Europe from the UK

One store, two sets of rules.

Many UK brands still sell heavily to EU customers. Since the UK left the EU, those orders are exports: parcels need customs information, and EU customers expect duties and VAT to be handled at checkout rather than charged on delivery.

We set up stores that keep UK and EU sales manageable from one admin. That can mean a separate EU store view with euro pricing, product data that carries tariff codes and country of origin, and an integration with the carrier or service you use to collect EU VAT through the Import One-Stop Shop. Your accountant decides the tax approach; we make the store follow it reliably.

Questions

Questions from UK clients.

Do you work during UK hours?

Yes. Our working day overlaps your whole morning, and we agree fixed call times at the start of the project. Written updates arrive at the end of each working day.

Will you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes. When we handle personal data for you, for example on a live store, we sign a data processing agreement. Your own compliance remains with you and your advisers.

Can you take over a store another agency built?

Yes. We start with a code and performance review so you know the condition of the store before we quote for ongoing work.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code, designs and documentation are handed over, and we can sign your NDA first.
