About the role
You will build and maintain Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce stores and extensions for Pracoda's clients, and contribute to the extensions we sell in our own store.
What you will do
- Develop custom Magento 2 modules and customise existing ones.
- Integrate payment gateways, shipping providers and third-party systems.
- Work on store migrations, upgrades and security patch installation.
- Resolve bugs and performance issues on live stores.
- Write unit and integration tests, and review your teammates' code.
What we look for
- Strong PHP and hands-on Magento 2 experience.
- Comfort with dependency injection, plugins, service contracts and repositories.
- Declarative schema, data patches and GraphQL or REST APIs.
- MySQL, Redis and Git in day-to-day use.
- Clear written and spoken communication with clients.
Nice to have
- Adobe Commerce certification.
- Magento 2 theme and front-end development.
- Laravel or Python alongside Magento.
- Experience integrating a store with an ERP.
